1. On February 24, 2024, the Reporting Person filed a Form 4 which inadvertently reported that 4,810 shares of Common Stock was received upon the vesting and settlement of performance-based RSUs. In fact, as reported in this amendment, the Reporting Person received 7,932 shares of Common Stock.
