Explanation of Responses:

1. The amount shown represents Restricted Share Units ("RSUs") granted to the Reporting Person on May 11, 2023. Each RSU represents the contingent right to receive one of the Issuer's Class A Shares upon vesting. The RSUs will vest, subject to certain limited exceptions, on May 15, 2024. With respect to each vested RSU, the Reporting Person shall receive one Class A Share within 30 days following the date on which an RSU becomes vested.
