On April 8, 2020, Graf Industrial Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding ongoing negotiations for a potential business combination transaction with a polypropylene recycling company (the “Target”). In response to media and investor inquiries, the Company confirms that the name of the Target referred to in the press release is PureCycle Technologies, LLC.
