Item 8.01 Other Events.
On September 13, 2021, PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. issued a press release announcing the pricing of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.750% senior notes due 2031 in a private offering that is exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
