Explanation of Responses:

1. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive 1 share of the issuer's Class B Common Stock upon settlement.

2. These RSU shares will vest over two years in 6 month intervals from July 25, 2018.

3. All the outstanding shares of our Class B common stock will convert automatically into shares of our Class A common stock upon the occurrence of certain events. In addition, Class B common stock may be converted into shares of Class A common stock at any time at the election of the holder.

4. This Form 4 amendment is being filed to correct the original Form 4 filed on July 26, 2018 which incorrectly reported that the Reporting Person held 2,483,619 RSUs and incorrectly stated the vesting for such RSUs.
