Explanation of Responses:

1. These options vest in twelve equal monthly installments commencing on the grant date of May 26, 2021, provided that the options will, in any case, be fully vested on the date of the Issuer's next annual stockholder meeting, subject to the Reporting Person's Continuous Service (as defined in the Issuer's 2018 Equity Incentive Plan (the "Plan")), through such vesting date and will vest in full upon a Change in Control (as defined in the Plan).
