On March 15, 2021, Equillium, Inc. issued a press release announcing positive data for itolizumab in acute graft-versus-host disease in two presentations at the 47th annual meeting of the European Society for Blood and Marrow Transplantation (the “Press Release”). A copy of the Press Release is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
