Explanation of Responses:

1. The shares of Class A common stock of View, Inc. (the "Issuer") reported herein are held by the Reporting Person as manager and administrator of the New Zealand Superannuation Fund, being property of His Majesty the King in right of New Zealand and managed by the Reporting Person.

2. The filing of this Form 4 shall not be construed as an admission that the Reporting Person is or was, for the purposes of Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Securities Act") or otherwise, the beneficial owners of any of the shares of Class A common stock of the Issuer. Pursuant to Rule 16a-1 of the Securities Act, the reporting person disclaims such beneficial ownership, except to the extent of their respective pecuniary interest.

3. On July 28, 2023, the Issuer completed a 60-for-1 reverse stock split (the "Reverse Stock Split"). This amount has been adjusted to give effect to the Reverse Stock Split.
