EXPLANATORY NOTE
This amendment to Form 8-A, originally filed on February 11, 2021 (Accession No. 0001387131-21-002104) is being filed to correct the name of the exchange on which the securities of Gabelli Growth Innovators ETF is to be registered from “New York Stock Exchange” to “NYSE Arca.”
