Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Appointment of Certain Officers

On June 18, 2024 Zhenai Shen resigned from her position as a member of the Registrant’s Board of Directors. Zhenai Shen also resigned from her position as the Registrant’s President.

On June 18, 2024, the Registrant’s Board of Directors appointed Zhiwei Wu to serve as the Registrant’s President. Mr. Wu currently also serves as the Registrant’s Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors.
