Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 13, 2023, Alset Inc. (the “Company”) received notice from the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Staff (the “Staff”) that the Staff has determined that the Company has regained compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum $1 bid price per share requirement.
