Explanation of Responses:

Represents shares of common stock issuable upon settlement and vesting of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) granted to the Reporting Person on 03/12/2021 under the Issuer's 2020 Equity Incentive Plan (2020 EIP). The RSUs will vest in one installment on 12/15/2021, the one year anniversary of the vesting commencement date, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service as defined in the 2020 EIP through such date.
