On March 30, 2022, Charlotte’s Web Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) publicly gave notice to Canadian securities administrators and the Toronto Stock Exchange of its 2022 Annual General Meeting to be held on June 22, 2022. The record date for holders of the Company’s Common Shares and Proportionate Voting Shares entitled to receive notice of and to vote at the meeting is April 25, 2022.
