1. In connection with a sale by the Reporting Person, the reported shares of Class B Common Stock automatically converted into an equal number of shares of Class A Common Stock of the Issuer.

5. The sales were executed in multiple trades at prices ranging from $90.75 to $91.31. The price reported reflects the weighted average sale price. 6. Shares of Class B Common Stock are exchangeable at any time, at the option of the Reporting Person and automatically in connection with certain transfers and upon certain other events, into an equal number of shares of Class A Common Stock.

7. Shares are held by The Chen Family 2012 Irrevocable Trust, for which the Reporting Person and his spouse serve as trustees.
