1. 366,245 shares of Class A common stock were sold by Engineering & Testing Services Holdings Corporation ("ETS Holdings"), 133,667 shares of Class A common stock were sold by Engineering Services Holdings Corporation ("ES Holdings") and 32,088 shares of Class A common stock were sold by CEL Consulting Holdings Corporation ("CEL").

2. 390,593 shares of Class A common stock are held directly by Engineering & Testing Services Holdings Corporation ("ETS Holdings"), 156,214 shares of Class A common stock are held directly by Engineering Services Holdings Corporation ("ES Holdings") and 44,849 shares of Class A common stock are held directly by CEL Consulting Holdings Corporation ("CEL").
