Thirty three percent of this option shall vest on September 30, 2020, with the remainder vesting in two equal annual installments thereafter, subject to Ms. Mixer's continued service on the board of directors through each such date. This grant was made in accordance with the Company's Non-Employee Director Compensation Policy.
