Today October 6, 2021, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, Dow Inc. (“Dow”) will hold a publicly available webcast event for investors and the general public (the “Investor Day”). At Investor Day, presentations discussing Dow’s strategy,

market-led

growth drivers, financial priorities, meeting demand for more sustainable, circular products and path to zero-carbon emissions, among other topics. These presentations are attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference.
