Explanation of Responses:

1. Each Restricted Stock Unit represents the right to receive, at settlement, one share of common stock.

2. This transaction represents the settlement of Restricted Stock Units in shares of common stock on their scheduled vesting date.

3. On June 4, 2019, the Issuer effected a 1-for-10 reverse stock split of its common stock (the "Reverse Stock Split"). The amount of securities reported on this Form 4 have been adjusted to reflect the Reverse Stock Split.

4. On November 8, 2018 (the "Grant Date"), Mr. Noble was granted 5,748 Restricted Stock Units (adjusted to reflect the Reverse Stock Split). As to this grant, one-third of the Restricted Stock Units vest on each of the Grant Date, the first anniversary of the Grant Date, and the second anniversary of the Grant Date, provided the Reporting Person is employed on such dates.
