1. Represents the weighted average sales price per share. The shares sold at prices ranging from $164.01 to $165.00 per share. Full information regarding the number of shares sold at each price shall be provided upon request to the staff of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Issuer, or a security holder of the Issuer.

2. Represents the weighted average sales price per share. The shares sold at prices ranging from $166.60 to $167.48 per share. Full information regarding the number of shares sold at each price shall be provided upon request to the staff of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Issuer, or a security holder of the Issuer.

3. Represents the weighted average sales price per share. The shares sold at prices ranging from $167.62 to $167.90 per share. Full information regarding the number of shares sold at each price shall be provided upon request to the staff of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Issuer, or a security holder of the Issuer.

4. Represents the weighted average sales price per share. The shares sold at prices ranging from $170.03 to $170.99 per share. Full information regarding the number of shares sold at each price shall be provided upon request to the staff of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Issuer, or a security holder of the Issuer.

5. The option is immediately exercisable. 10% of the shares subject to the option vested on September 28, 2017, 15% of the shares subject to the option vested on September 28, 2018, and 1/48th of the shares subject to the option vest on each monthly anniversary thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service through each vesting date.

6. 20% of the shares subject to the option vested and became exercisable on October 31, 2019 and 1/60th of the shares subject to the option vest and become exercisable on each monthly anniversary thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service through each vesting date.

7. 25% of the shares subject to the option vested on October 24, 2020, and 1/48th of the shares subject to the option vest on each monthly anniversary thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service through each vesting date.

8. The option is immediately exercisable. 25% of the shares subject to the option vested on September 1, 2016 and 1/48th of the shares subject to the option vest on each monthly anniversary thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service through each vesting date.
