Item 8.01 Other Events.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Form 8-K filed by the Whole Earth Brands, Inc. (the “Company”) on April 2, 2021, the Board of Directors of the Company has resolved to postpone the Company’s previously scheduled annual meeting. A further announcement will be made once the annual meeting has been rescheduled.
