Explanation of Responses:

1. These shares were sold under a pre-arranged sales plan pursuant to Rule 10b5-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.

2. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price.The shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $77.02 to $77.76, inclusive. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the ranges set forth in this footnote.

3. The stock option vests and becomes exercisable in equal monthly installments over 48 months commencing on April 23, 2017.

4. The Form 4 filed by the Reporting Person on August 16, 2019 incorrectly listed 117,560 stock options remaining instead of 67,560. This error was carried through on subsequent filings by the Reporting Person. This Form 4 corrects such error.
