On September 21, 2023, Trulieve Cannabis Corp. (the “Company”) announced via press release its open market purchase of 57,000 of its USD $1,000 face value senior secured notes due October 6, 2026 (the “Notes”) for a purchase price of USD $47.6 million, which represents a 16.5% discount to par, plus accrued interest. A copy of the Company’s press release is hereby furnished to the Commission and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit 99.1.
