ITEM 5.02 Departures of Directors or Principal Officers; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On June 15, 2007, Milton S. Hahn resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of aeroTelesis, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the“Company”). Mr. Hahn, who has served as CEO and Chairman since April 5, 2006, has resigned for personal reasons. The Company provided Mr. Hahn with a copy of this Current Report on Form 8-K prior to its filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
