Explanation of Responses:

1. The executive was granted a stock option to acquire 75,000 shares of common stock vesting one twentieth of such shares on each of the twenty quarterly anniversaries of the last date of each quarter commencing March 31, 2023.

2. Pursuant to the terms of the employment agreement, the executive was granted a stock option to acquire 50,000 shares of common stock vesting one twentieth of such shares on each of the twenty quarterly anniversaries of the last date of each quarter commencing June 30, 2022.

Remarks:

The reporting person filed the subject Form 4/A Statement of Changes in Beneficial Ownership to correct the symbol from GRIL, its former symbol, to SDOT, its current symbol.
