Thepre-commencement communication filed under the cover of this Schedule TO relates solely to a planned tender offer by Snapfish Merger Sub, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Offeror”), for all of the issued and outstanding shares of common stock, par value $.0001 per share (the “Common Stock”), of CafePress Inc. (the “Company”), pursuant to an Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of September 28, 2018, by and among Snapfish, LLC, a California limited liability company (“Parent”), the Offeror and the Company.
The tender offer for the purchase of the outstanding shares of the Common Stock of the Company described in this communication has not yet commenced.
