This report contains Sands China Ltd.’s (the “Company”) announcement, dated January 27, 2021, that the Company has extended the expiration date of its previously announced offer (the “Exchange Offer”) to exchange the Company’s outstanding notes for an equal principal amount of new notes, which have been registered under the United States Securities Act of 1933. The Exchange Offer is now scheduled to expire at 5:00 p.m., New York time, on February 2, 2021, unless further extended by the Company.
