1. Represents Shares Units and Performance Shares granted to the Reporting Person in 2016, 2017 and 2018 under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan. 6,390 Share Units vest, and are paid on a one-for-one basis in Company common shares, on the third anniversary of the date of grant depending on continued employment on those dates, and 13,260 Performance Shares vest, and are paid on a one-for-one basis in Company common shares, on the third anniversary of the date of grant depending on continued employment on those dates and Company performance over an applicable three year performance period.
