Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On March 2, 2020, the Company appointed Mr. Hsien-Wen Yu as Chief Operating Officer of the Company.
His biographical information is as follows:
Mr. Hsien-Wen Yu, age 27, was appointed as Chief Operating Officer on March 2, 2020. Prior to that role, Mr. Yu was the operations manager of the Company since 2019. Working as an entrepreneur since 2014, he was the founder and chairman of Revcovery, Corp., a fitness accessory company from 2017 – 2018 and an inventor of a self-myofascial release kit for shoulder injuries, RC Release, since 2014.
Mr. Yu holds a bachelor’s degree in physics from National Taiwan Normal University, Taiwan (2016).
