Explanation of Responses:

1. Includes 91,650 restricted share units granted under the SiriusPoint Ltd. 2013 Omnibus Incentive Plan that vest in equal annual installments over three years based on continued employment.

2. Represents 7,556 performance based restricted share units achieved following the achievement of 66% of target, such restricted share units shall vest on April 14, 2024.

3. The option becomes fully exercisable on the third anniversary of the date of grant.
