Stomach and intestinal (gastrointestinal) problems: LIVMARLI can cause stomach and intestinal problems, including diarrhea, stomach pain, and vomiting during treatment. Fat Soluble Vitamin Deficiency: This vitamin deficiency is common in patients with Alagille syndrome but may worsen during treatment.
