Explanation of Responses:

1. The stock option vested and became exercisable in three equal annual installments on March 1, 2011, March 1, 2012 and March 1, 2013.

2. The exercise price for the stock option to purchase ordinary shares is 52.35 New Israeli Shekels.

3. The stock option vested and became exercisable as to one-quarter of the total shares on March 27, 2017 and thereafter the remaining shares vest and become exercisable in equal quarterly installments through March 27, 2020.

4. The stock option vested and became exercisable as to one-quarter of the total shares on July 25, 2017 and thereafter the remaining shares vest and become exercisable in equal quarterly installments through July 25, 2020.

5. The stock option vested and became exercisable as to one-third of the total shares on July 5, 2018 and thereafter the remaining shares vest and become exercisable in equal quarterly installments through July 5, 2020.

6. The stock option vests and becomes exercisable as to one-third of the total shares on January 2, 2019 and thereafter the remaining shares vest and become exercisable in equal quarterly installments through January 1, 2021.

Remarks:

The Reporting Person is filing this form in connection with the Issuer's transition from reporting as a foreign private issuer to reporting as a domestic issuer, effective January 1, 2019.
