Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents deemed disposition of shares of common stock to the Issuer as a result of withholding of shares of common stock to satisfy tax withholding obligations in connection with vesting of restricted stock units issued in accordance with Rule 16b-3.

2. Includes 820 shares acquired under the Information Services Group, Inc. Amended and Restated 2007 Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

3. On September 1, 2020, the Reporting Person received a grant of RSUs that could be earned based on achievement of market price goals, which were measured at the average closing price of the Issuer's common stock over any consecutive ten-trading-day period prior to and including the fourth anniversary of the date of grant. 100% of the number of RSUs would be earned if such measured market price was $5.25 or above. On May 19, 2021, the market price goal was satisfied and the Issuer's common stock traded 172% higher as compared to the date of the grant. Once the market price goal was satisfied, the RSUs were fully vested.
