KONTOOR BRANDS DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

GREENSBORO, N.C. - February 16, 2024 - Kontoor Brands, Inc. (NYSE: KTB), a global lifestyle apparel company, with a portfolio led by two of the world’s most iconic consumer brands, Wrangler®and Lee®, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.50 per share of its common stock. The cash dividend will be payable on March 18, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 8, 2024.
