Avita Medical Limited (the “Company”) published a news release titled “Proposed redomiciliation to the United States of America – registration of Scheme Booklet with ASIC and financial reporting relief granted by ASIC” (the “Public Notice”) to the Australian Securities Exchange on May 12, 2020. A copy of the Public Notice is attached as exhibit 99.1 and a copy of the Scheme Booklet referenced in the Public Notice is attached as exhibit 99.2 to this report on Form6-K.
