1. Legg Mason, Inc.("Legg Mason") purchased 49,554 Shares of Class I Shares of Common Stock. All of the Shares were purchased at the net asset value of $10.09. As of February 5, 2020, and after the purchase of Class I Shares of Common Stock, Legg Mason owns 2,191,098.586 Class I Shares of Common Stock and 2,206,341.811 shares in the aggregate among the Fund's Class S Shares of Common Stock, Class T Shares of Common Stock, Class D Shares of Common Stock and Class I Shares of Common Stock.

2. Includes shares acquired through the Fund's Dividend Reinvestment Plan.
