EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Form 8-K/A amends the Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Form 8-K”), dated and filed as of February 21, 2019, with respect to BANK 2019-BNK16. The purpose of this amendment is to make clerical and other minor revisions to the agreement filed asExhibit 4.1 to the Form 8-K. No other changes are being made to the Form 8-K other than the changes described above.
