Departure of Chief Investment Officer
Board of Director of SEATech Ventures Corp. (the “Company”) received notification from Dr. Seah Kok Wah that effective on October 31, 2022, he would resign as Chief Investment Officer of the Company. Dr. Seah Kok Wah resignation was not due to a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
