Note 1. Background information	Note 1. Background information Ghar Inc., was incorporated in the State of Nevada on December 11, 2018 and is located at 5348 Vegas Drive Las Vegas, NV, 89108. The company is a development stage company that intends to develop an online marketplace platform for users to buy, sell and rent items and services. To date, the company’s activities have been limited to raising capital, organizational matters and the structuring of its business plan. The company has not generated any revenues since inception.

Going concern The accompanying financial statements have been prepared assuming that the company will continue as a going concern, which contemplates the realization of assets and the satisfaction of liabilities in the normal course of business. For the year ended March 31, 2019 and March 31, 2020 the company had a net loss of $1,105 and $116,334, respectively. As of March 31, 2020 the company has not generated any revenues from operations. These factors, among others, raise substantial doubt about the ability of the company to continue as a going concern for a reasonable period of time. The company’s continuation as a going concern is dependent upon the company’s ability to begin operations and to achieve a level of profitability. The company intends on financing its future development activities and its working capital needs largely from the sale of public equity securities with some additional funding from other traditional financing sources, including term notes until such time that funds provided by operations are sufficient to fund working capital requirements. The financial statements of the company do not include any adjustments relating to the recoverability and classification of recorded assets, or the amounts and classifications of liabilities that might be necessary should the company be unable to continue as a going concern.

The company has elected to adopt early application of Accounting Standards Update No. 2014-10, Development Stage Entities (Topic 915): Elimination of Certain Financial Reporting Requirements; and does not present or disclose inception-to-date information and other remaining disclosure requirements of Topic 915 Basis of Presentation The accounting and reporting policies of the company conform to accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (GAAP).

Income taxes At March 31, 2019 and March 31, 2020 the Company had net operating loss carry forwards of approximately $1,105 and $116,334, respectively that maybe offset against future taxable income. No tax benefit has been reported in the March 31, 2019 or March 31, 2020 financial statements since the potential tax benefit is offset by a valuation allowance of the same amount. On December 22, 2017 the U.S. government enacted comprehensive tax legislation commonly referred to as the Tax Cut and Jobs Act (the “Tax Act”). The Tax Act establishes new tax laws that affects 2018 and future years, including a reduction in the U.S. federal corporate income tax rate to 21% effective January 1, 2018. For certain deferred tax assets and deferred tax liabilities, we have applied the new rate retroactively. Should a change in ownership occur, net operating loss carry forwards may be limited as to use in future years. ASC Topic 740 provides guidance on the accounting for uncertainty in income taxes recognized in a company’s financial statements. Topic 740 requires a company to determine whether it is more likely than not that a tax position will be sustained upon examination based upon the technical merits of the position. If the more-likely-than-not threshold is met, a company must measure the tax position to determine the amount to recognize in the financial statements. The Company includes interest and penalties arising from the underpayment of income taxes in the statements of operations in the provision for income taxes. As of March 31, 2019 and March 31, 2020 the Company had no accrued interest or penalties related to uncertain tax positions.

Fair Value Measurements	Fair Value Measurements The company adopted the provisions of ASC Topic 820, “Fair Value Measurements and Disclosures”, which defines fair value as used in numerous accounting pronouncements, establishes a framework for measuring fair value and expands disclosure of fair value measurements. The estimated fair value of certain financial instruments, including cash and cash equivalents are carried at historical cost basis, which approximates their fair values because of the short-term nature of these instruments. ASC 820 defines fair value as the exchange price that would be received for an asset or paid to transfer a liability (an exit price) in the principal or most advantageous market for the asset or liability in an orderly transaction between market participants on the measurement date. ASC 820 also establishes a fair value hierarchy, which requires an entity to maximize the use of observable inputs and minimize the use of unobservable inputs when measuring fair value. Income Taxes	Income Taxes The company accounts for income taxes using the asset and liability method in accordance with ASC 740, “Accounting for Income Taxes”. The asset and liability method provides that deferred tax assets and liabilities are recognized for the expected future tax consequences of temporary differences between the financial reporting and tax bases of assets and liabilities and for operating loss and tax credit carry forwards. Deferred tax assets and liabilities are measured using the currently enacted tax rates and laws that will be in effect when the differences are expected to reverse. The company records a valuation allowance to reduce deferred tax assets to the amount that is believed more likely than not to be realized. As of March 31, 2020 the company did not have any amounts recorded pertaining to uncertain tax positions.
