1. On January 14, 2022, the Reporting Person was granted 9,818 time-based Share Units under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan. On December 31, 2022, 50% of the Share Units (or 4,909 Share Units) of the January 14, 2022 grant vested and were paid on a one-for-one basis in Company Common Shares. The other 50% of the Share Units previously vested on July 1, 2022.
