(the “Registrant”) to register 27,767,992 additional shares of Class A Common Stock, par value $0.0001 per share, reserved for issuance under the 2019 Plan and 5,553,599 additional shares of Class A Common Stock, par value $0.0001 per share, reserved for issuance under the 2019 ESPP.
