Explanation of Responses:

1. These shares represent restricted stock units (RSUs). Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of Class A common stock. The RSUs vest in full on the earlier of (i) June 19, 2021 or (ii) the Issuer's next annual meeting of stockholders, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Issuer on such date.

2. Includes 66,874 shares of Class A common stock acquired by the Reporting Person in a distribution for no consideration on June 12, 2020 in accordance with the exemptions afforded by Rules 16a-9 and 16a-13 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.

3. Shares held of record by the Braccia Family GST Exempt Trust.

Includes (i) 205,518 shares of Class A common stock, (ii) 284,390 shares of Class A common stock, and (iii) 255,415 shares of Class A common stock, in each case acquired by the Reporting Person in distributions for no consideration on June 12, 2020, June 18, 2020, and June 22, 2020, respectively, in accordance with the exemptions afforded by Rules 16a-9 and 16a-13 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
