The number of shares was calculated based on the amount due the Reporting Person at the end of the quarter, or $15,125, divided by the closing price of the Company's Common Stock on such date. 30% of the Shares were vested as of the date of the grant, with the remainder vesting ratably in eight monthly tranches beginning May 1, 2023. |
