1. Reflects the settlement of earned performance stock units ("Special PSUs") into an equal number of shares of common stock on the transaction date indicated.

2. Reflects the Special PSUs granted under the Issuer's Incentive Plan that were earned by the reporting person, of which 50% vested on the March 3, 2022 and the remainder will vest on December 31, 2022, subject to the reporting persons continued employment through such date.

3. Reflects the settlement of earned Special PSUs into an equal number of shares of common stock on the transaction date indicated.
