The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to Inmune Bio, Inc., any security holder of Inmune Bio, Inc., or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price in the range set forth above.

3. These shares of Common Stock are held by CTI Holdings, a company of which Mr. Schroeder is the majority shareholder. Mr. Schroeder has voting and investment control over these shares.
