Includes 1,280 shares of unvested restricted stock granted to the reporting person which vest as follows: (i) 370 shares vest on July 1, 2019, (ii) 370 shares vest on July 1, 2020, (iii) 270 shares vest on July 1, 2021, (iv) 180 shares vest on July 1, 2022, and (v) 90 shares vest on July 1, 2023.
