On June 27, 2022, UpHealth, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding the June 24, 2022 ruling of the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware in the case entitled Jeffery R. Bray and Chirinjeev Kathuria v. Avi Katz, et al., and UpHealth, Inc., C.A. No. 2022-0489-LWW. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
