Mine Safety Disclosures

Safety isthe cornerstoneof ourCompany’s valuesand isthe numberone priorityfor all employeesat CoronadoGlobal Resources.Our miningoperation atCurragh,

located in Australia, issubject to regulation bythe Queensland Department of NaturalResources, Mine and Energy, or DNRME, under the CoalMining Safety and Health

Act 1999 (Qld). Theoperation of our mineslocated in the UnitedStates is subject toregulation by the MineSafety and Health Administration, orMSHA, under the Federal

Mine Safety and Health Act of 1977, or the Mine Act. MSHA inspectsthese mines on a regular basis and issues various citations and orderswhen it believes a violation

has occurredunder the MineAct. Wepresent informationbelow regardingcertain miningsafety andhealth citationsthat MSHAhas issued withrespect toour mining

operations. In evaluatingthis information, considerationshould be given tofactors such as:(i) the number ofcitations and orders willvary depending on thesize of the

mine; (ii) the number ofcitations issued will varyfrom inspector to inspectorand mine to mine;and (iii) citations andorders can be contestedand appealed and, inthat

process, are often reduced in severity and amount, andare sometimes dismissed. Since MSHA is a branchof the U.S. Department of Labor,its jurisdiction only applies

to our operations in the United States.As such, the mine safety disclosures included herein donot contain information related to our Australian mines.

Under the Dodd-Frank Act, each operatorof a coal or other mine isrequired to include certain mine safetyresults within its periodic reportsfiled with the Securities and

Exchange Commission,or theSEC. Asrequired bythe reportingrequirementsincluded in§1503(a) ofthe Dodd-FrankAct andItem 104of RegulationS-K (17CFR

229.104), wepresent thefollowing itemsregarding certainmining safetyand healthmatters, forthe quarterended June30, 2022,for eachof our U.S.mine locations

that are covered under the scope of the Dodd-FrankAct.

The table thatfollows reflectscitations and ordersissued to usby MSHAduring thequarter ended June30, 2022.The tableonly includesthose U.S.mines thatwere

issued ordersor citationsduring thisperiod, and commensuratewith SEC regulations,does notreflect ordersor citationsissued to independentcontractors workingat

our mines.The proposed assessments for the quarterended June 30, 2022, were retrieved from the MSHA Data RetrievalSystem, or MSHA DRS, as of July 5, 2022.
