Mine Safety Disclosures

Safety isthe cornerstoneof ourCompany’svalues andis thenumber onepriority forall employeesat CoronadoGlobal Resources.Our miningoperation atCurragh,

located in Australia, is subject to regulation by the Queensland Department of Natural Resources, Mine and Energy, or DNRME, under the Coal Mining Safety and Health

Act 1999 (Qld). The operation of our mines locatedin the United States is subject to regulation bythe Mine Safety and Health Administration, or MSHA, under theFederal

Mine Safety and Health Actof 1977, or the MineAct. MSHA inspects thesemines on a regular basisand issues various citationsand orders when it believesa violation

has occurredunder theMine Act.We presentinformation belowregarding certainmining safetyand healthcitations thatMSHA hasissued withrespect toour mining

operations. In evaluatingthis information, considerationshould be givento factorssuch as: (i)the number ofcitations and orderswill varydepending on thesize of the

mine; (ii) thenumber of citationsissued will varyfrom inspector toinspector and mineto mine; and(iii) citations andorders can becontested and appealedand, in that

process, are often reducedin severity and amount,and are sometimes dismissed.Since MSHA is abranch of the U.S. Departmentof Labor,its jurisdiction only applies

to our operations in the United States.As such, the mine safety disclosures included herein donot contain information related to our Australian mines.

Under the Dodd-FrankAct, each operatorof a coal orother mine is requiredto include certainmine safety resultswithin its periodicreports filed withthe Securities and

Exchange Commission,or theSEC. Asrequiredby thereporting requirementsincludedin §1503(a)of theDodd-FrankAct andItem104 ofRegulationS-K (17CFR

229.104), we present the following items regarding certain mining safety and health matters, for the quarter ended June 30, 2024, for each of our U.S. mine locations that

are covered under the scope of the Dodd-Frank Act.

The table thatfollows reflectscitations and ordersissued to usby MSHAduring thequarter ended June30, 2024.The tableonly includesthose U.S.mines thatwere

issued ordersor citationsduring thisperiod, and commensuratewith SEC regulations,does notreflect ordersor citationsissued to independentcontractors workingat

our mines.The proposed assessments for the quarterended July 30, 2024, were retrieved from the MSHA Data RetrievalSystem, or MSHA DRS, as of July 1, 2024.

system differs from the mine name utilized by us.
