Remarks:

Mr. Kaplan was appointed as co-Chief Executive Officer and a director effective December 31, 2018. On January 14, 2019, F. Jacob Cherian, the other co-Chief Executive Officer of the issuer, resigned, effective February 8, 2019. Accordingly, effective February 8, 2019, the reporting person's title became Chief Executive Officer. In addition, effective February 8, 2019, the reporting person was appointed as interim Chief Financial Officer.
