1. Each Multiple Voting Share carries the right to 100 votes per share on all matters to be voted on by the Company's shareholders.

2. The stock options were granted on September 11, 2020. Two-thirds of the options vested on September 30, 2020. The final third of the options vest on March 31, 2021. The options expire on September 11, 2030.
